Using the 199wim platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile, or any other device — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling. • Full residential address in Brazil

Each user may only have one account on 199wim. Creating multiple accounts under the same person — whether using the same details or different ones — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and a permanent user ban, which may also lead to balance forfeiture in accordance with the anti-fraud clause.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials (username and password). 199wim will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be requested by 199wim at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents typically required include: national ID (RG) or driver's license (CNH) front and back, recent proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used.

Access to 199wim's services is strictly reserved for users aged 18 and over. You are not permitted to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, regardless of the laws of the country or state where you reside.

199wim performs age verification as part of the KYC process. If a user under 18 is found to have accessed the platform, the account will be immediately closed, balances will be frozen, and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian child protection laws.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. 199wim does not charge any fees on deposits — the full deposited amount is credited to the account balance. Any fees charged by the user's bank or payment processor are the user's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by 199wim.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the 199wim account holder. Using third-party cards, bank accounts, or Pix keys is prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from third parties may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

199wim operates exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). Deposits in other currencies are not accepted. Any currency conversion carried out by the user's bank or payment processor is entirely the user's responsibility and does not involve 199wim.

In exceptional circumstances, 199wim may impose limits or delays on deposits for security verification or regulatory compliance purposes, notifying the user via their registered email.

199wim processes withdrawals via Pix as the primary method. For fully verified accounts (KYC complete), Pix withdrawals are processed automatically within under 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.

Withdrawal terms and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00
• 199wim charges no withdrawal fees
• Withdrawals must be made to the same Pix key or bank account used for the deposit, in the account holder's name
• Withdrawals above R$ 20,000.00 may be subject to additional security review, with a processing time of up to 24 hours
• Active bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirement will lock the corresponding bonus amount from withdrawal — only the deposited balance will be available
• KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. Documents must be submitted through the account dashboard

Closure by the user: You may request the closure of your 199wim account at any time by contacting support via 24/7 chat. Prior to closure, any available balance (deposited funds + confirmed winnings, excluding bonuses with pending rollover) will be processed normally. Closure requests are handled within up to 3 business days.

Closure by 199wim: 199wim may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Detection of fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• User under 18 accessing the platform
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user via responsible gambling tools
• Extended inactivity (account with no login for more than 24 months)

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 199wim reserves the right to hold balances pending investigation. Users may contest the decision by contacting our support team via email, and 199wim will review the case within 10 business days.

In the event of a confirmed technical failure affecting the outcome of a bet or gaming session, 199wim will investigate and apply the fairest resolution for the user, which may include a refund of the amount wagered or validation of the correct result based on server logs.

199wim's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.

When material changes are made:

• 199wim will notify users via their registered email at least 7 days' notice for material changes
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new version takes effect, as described in clause 9.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the relationship between the user and 199wim shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
